Chris Eliason

He motivates his team through positive reinforcement and patience, which allows everyone to do their best. Chris Eliason coaches his associates for the next steps in their career. His team members learn from mistakes by focusing on resolving issues rather than looking for blame. He supports his team by sharing his opinion and knowledge while allowing his associates to make the final decisions. He encourages them to define and exhibit moral and ethical courage while setting an example for everyone in the company.

Tre Stallings

Tre Stallings has a history of celebrating workplace successes and achievements. He creates an inclusive environment where diversity and individual differences are valued, embraced and leveraged. This store manager encourages risk taking and specializes in driving grassroots and presell events, resulting in record sales. He identifies and develops key talent having promoted several associates in the past year and playing a significant role in the development of others. Tre is an associate engagement champion that provides meaningful feedback to his associates.

Heritage Award
Belk has more than 45 associates who have been with the company for more than 40 years, devoting their careers to contribute to the strength and growth of Belk.
During the 125th Anniversary celebration, Belk will honor all associates and managers who have 25+ years of service working at Belk or any of its affiliated or acquired stores.
Randy Jorgenson

Simply put Randy Jorgenson makes time for his associates. Whether they run into him in a store or at a team meeting, Randy takes the time to really communicate. He keeps an open door policy and works to make associates feel valued. He is a trustworthy, keen and caring manager who genuinely works with associates to help them understand Belk business objectives. He is an example of the adage "it’s the staff not the stuff that makes Belk successful."

125 Days of Service
An important part of our heritage at Belk has been our commitment to our local communities. As one of our key values, being involved in our communities is not only a personal passion of our associates, but a professional obligation of our company. So as part of our 125th Anniversary, we will celebrate 125 Days of Service through volunteer events in which all of our associates will be able to participate.
For 125 days, Belk associates will bring Modern. Southern. Style. to local schools with school makeovers in partnership with Points of Light and GE Capital. Points of Light—the world's largest organization dedicated to volunteer service—mobilizes millions of people to take action that is changing the world. Through affiliates in 250 cities and partnerships with thousands of nonprofits and corporations, Points of Light engages 4 million volunteers in 30 million hours of service each year.

The associate was very friendly and knowledgable about the products and was so willing to show and demonstrate the proper use of products. I did not feel rushed. Very satisfied with my products and my overall visit. I will return in a few days to purchase my other products. Thanks to your wonderful associates.
Customer Service at Belk in Toccoa, GA is outstanding. I have never dealt with a bad attitude there. This visit Nancy helped me during my lunch hour and I could not find the size I was looking for in the clearance section. I get back to work and she calls to let me know she found it! She went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Kudos to Nancy!
I would like to recognize Ciara and Mary. They both were very helpful and as I said earlier, they called another Belk store to help me get the sweater I wanted in my size. Both ladies were extremely friendly and helpful!
I enjoy shopping at Belk and have been a shopper for as long as I can remember as I am 73 years old and my mother always took me to your store when I was a young girl.
The sales person was very helpful and the merchandise was awesome! The friendly atmosphere and customer service—A PLUS!
One of your employees (Shahida) in the Estee Lauder Counter always greets me enthusiastically with smile and a "How can I help you today?" Helps find things not necessarily in her department anytime I am in the Store.
I am always satisfied shopping at our local Belk. The sales staff are always friendly and very helpful.
I wanted a certain pair of shoes, so I only tried on one pair. Tyler (shoe department) was very friendly and helpful. He is great at his job.
Jane was very helpful, friendly and gave us very good service. She went above and beyond her duties.
My wife and I are shoppers. My wife shops everyday at a Belk Store and some others. We enjoy quality merchandise and a good price. We often find this formula at Belk.
Marie is always very helpful to my daughter and me. She has great ideas when putting an outfit together. She also helps find great bargains. The associate Kim that waited on me today was also of great service.
